2026 SPONSORSHIP
Living Our Vocations Everyday Ministries is seeking Businesses and Corporations to sponsor our ministry as well as conferences that we will be hosting.
We are excited to announce our 2nd annual Marian Authentic Women's Conference! It will be held October 17, 2026 at Primo Banquet & Conference Center. More details are under the event tab.
Below is information on the four sponsorship levels we had last year, Plus 3 New Sponsorship Levels! If one of these sponsorship levels does not fit your business needs let us know and we will be happy to work with you to customize a sponsorship package.
St. Therese of Lisieux Sponsorship ($125)
-1/8 page in conference program with company information
-Company logo featured on the conference website
St. Faustina Sponsorship ($250)
-1/4 page in conference program with company information
-Company logo featured on the conference website
Pope St. John Paul II Sponsorship ($500)
-1/2 page in conference program with company information
-Prominent company logo featured on conference website & projection screen during conference
-Active sharing of your sponsorship via social media both before and 6 months after the conference
-Up to 2 complimentary conference tickets
Our Lady of the Rosary Sponsorship ($1,000)
-Opportunity to speak to attendees during conference
-Small Company logo featured on front page of conference program
-Full page in conference program with company information
-Prominent company logo featured on conference website & projection screen during conference
-Active sharing of your sponsorship via social media both before and 6 months after the conference
-1 vendor table
-Up to 4 complimentary conference tickets (Unused tickets will be used as a scholarship for someone who otherwise would not be able to attend)
Our Lady of Fatima Sponsorship ($3,000) Only 4 Available
-Everything in Our Lady of thr Rosary, plus:
-Up to 2 additional complimentary conference tickets
-Named sponsor of a specific area
-Sponsored item in the attendee swag bag (business provided, up to 500 units
Our Lady of Guadalupe Sponsorship (5,000) Only 2 available
Everything in Our Lady of Fatima, plus:
-up to 2 additional complimentary conference tickets
- 1 additional vendor table at conference (if needed)
-Your name included in all pre-event email marketing to the MAWC list
-Social Media takeover - go live or be featured in Stories during the conference
Our Lady, Queen of Heaven Sponsorship ($10,000) Only 1 available
-Everything in Our Lady of Guadalupe, plus:
-Featured in the opening video and highlight reel - brand fully integrated
-Year-round logo placement on the LOVE Ministries website
-"Marian Authentic Women's Conference - Presented by (Your Name)" co-branding on All conference materials
